REQUIREMENTS WHEN BOOKING A SERVICE OR PURCHASING WITH ME:

A 7-14 DAY PERIODis needed from when the item begins processing to when we send it out for delivery. The extended processing time is due to what is going on in the world. This could not be predicted and I hope for your understanding. For delivery of hair to us, this has a processing time of 5 -7 DAYS from when the item begins processing to when we send it out for delivery. It will then be sent by your chosen delivery method. If you require your hair outside the one-week period e.g. in 3 days, it will result in a £10 express fee dependent on if you are providing the hair or we are. [this is only possible for hair that is sent to us and can be selected when choosing service.]

Hair (frontal and bundles, closure and bundles or lace wig) should be sent through postal services (Royal Mail Signed Delivery is advised). Measurements (required measurements are asked for after purchase) should also be sent following purchase. Make sure you track your delivery and ensure that it was delivered and signed for, if not please email us at lacenthusiast@gmail.com.

Please make sure that the lace that you purchase is either lighter than your skin tone or your exact complexion. I will not be able to complete your order to your expectations if your lace is too dark. LACE CANNOT BE LIGHTENED. I also do not work with excessively dense frontals; a picture of the frontal will need to be sent beforehand.

Any used hair that you send must be clean and dried, please try to get all the thread out of the hair too. Any hair that requires further cleaning/ excessive removal of thread will be charged a wig maintenance fee.

You are able to purchase hair through us including the service of customisation. Hair purchased can be our LE handmade wigs, frontal/ closure and machine made lace wigs. ALL WIGS come with bleached knots and light plucking.
